Directions : Mango Pomelo Sago Recipe

STEP 1.Separate pomelo pulps and keep it aside

STEP 2.Slice the mango in 3 pieces and cut it into cubes

STEP 3.Now with the help of spoon scoop out the mango cubes

STEP 4.1.add 400 ml water 2 tbsp sago in a pot and bring it to a boil until sago is transparent

STEP 5.2.now let it cool down for some time

STEP 6.3.boil coconut milk along with pandan leaf and salt as per taste for flavour.then let it cool down

STEP 7.4.now take a bowl and mix mango pulp,water and evaporated milk

STEP 8.5.add 2 tbsp of coconut milk in a bowl/cup and pour with mango pulp mixture

STEP 9.6.lastly,garnish with mango cubes,sago and pomelo pulps.
