STEP 1. First bring the milk to a boil. Then take some milk from it in a separate bowl. Let the milk warm.
STEP 2.Add custard powder to the lukewarm milk and stir well. Then heat the milk again slowly. Now add custard milk
STEP 3.Once the milk starts boiling, add sugar. You can add more or less sugar according to your taste. Stir the milk constantly so that it does not stick to the bottom.
STEP 4.When the milk thickens, add cardamom powder and stir well. Turn off the gas. Let the mango custard cool
STEP 5.Add the mango pulp to the cooled custard and stir well. Then let it cool in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
STEP 6.When serving, add mango custard to the balls and serve with chopped mango pieces and pistachios.
