Ingredients For Maggi Steamed Dal Kofta Curry Recipe

• 1 For Kofta, and 1/2 packet Maggi with taste maker
• 0.25 cup Chana Dal
• 4 garlic cloves roughly chopped
• 1 inch ginger roughly chopped
• 1 small onion roughly chopped
• 1 green chilli
• 1 red chilli
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
• Fresh coriander chopped
• As required Salt
• 1 teaspoon For dry tempting, cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp hing
• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
• 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp chat masala
• As required oil for cooking and salt
• 1 For Curry, small onion nicely chopped
• 2 bay leaves, 1 star anise
• 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
• 1 sachet of Maggi taste maker
• 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg and cinnamon powder
• 2 teaspoon hung curd
• 2 teaspoon fresh cream
• 1 teaspoon 1/2 jaggery
• As required Salt
• oil for cooking
• Fresh coriander chopped
