STEP 2.Knit the flour with 1tsp oil and salt to taste

STEP 4.Dry roast cumin seeds,fennel seeds,coriander seeds and dry red chilies , add water , make a paste and keep aside

STEP 7.Make small balls of the knitted flour and make round small luchi with the help of roller
STEP 8.Fry the luchi in the oil one by one , they will fill out
STEP 9.Fry them till light brown both side then filter the oil and keep the on a plate
STEP 10.Aloo dum
STEP 11.Heat 2tbsp mustard oil in the cooking pan, add ¼ tsp turmeric powder
STEP 12.Add the peeled and boiled potatoes, fry them and set them aside
STEP 13.In the same oil,add bay leaves and turmeric powder
STEP 14.Add the sliced onions and fry till brown
STEP 15.Add the ginger garlic paste and mix well to fry
STEP 16.Add the paste of the roasted spices
STEP 17.Add turmeric powder and salt to taste
STEP 18.Add the fried potatoes and mix well
STEP 19.Add water and cover cook for 5mins
STEP 20.Add garam masala and coriander leaves, mix well
STEP 21.Serve with luchi
