Lasagna Stuffed Meatloaf Recipe

Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• STEP 2.In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
• STEP 3.Divide the meat mixture in half and shape one half into a rectangle on the prepared baking sheet.
• STEP 4.Layer lasagna noodles, marinara sauce, and cheese on top of the meat rectangle.
• STEP 5.Shape the remaining half of the meat mixture into a rectangle and place it on top of the lasagna layer.
• STEP 6.Seal the edges of the meatloaf to enclose the lasagna filling.
• STEP 7.Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
• STEP 8.Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
