Directions : Kwacoco Bible Recipe

STEP 1.Peel off coco yams and blend it into a fine paste. In a bowl mix blend coco yams along with salt, maggi, palm oil,spinach,fish and mix well

STEP 1.Place a portion of the mixture in banana wrap and keep it aside and repeat the same with the remaining mixture

STEP 1.Line up the cooking pot with banana leaves/aluminium foil, and place the wraps into the pot and cover it with some more banana leaves/aluminium foil.

STEP 1.In a halfway cooking add in water,cover and cook for 15 minutes and once its cooked for an hour let the remaining water dry up and then turn off the flame.
