How to Make Kwacoco Bible Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Peel off coco yams and blend it into a fine paste. In a bowl mix blend coco yams along with salt, maggi, palm oil,spinach,fish and mix well

Place a portion of the mixture in banana wrap and keep it aside and repeat the same with the remaining mixture

Line up the cooking pot with banana leaves/aluminium foil, and place the wraps into the pot and cover it with some more banana leaves/aluminium foil.

In a halfway cooking add in water,cover and cook for 15 minutes and once its cooked for an hour let the remaining water dry up and then turn off the flame.
