Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sugar. Add the pork and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated pork until cooked through. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.Blanch the vegetables separately in boiling water until tender. Season with sesame oil and salt.
  • STEP 4.In a hot pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up.
