• 1 tablespoon corn starch
• 0.75 cup Soy Sauce
• 0.5 cup dry cooking sherry
• 0.25 cup hoisin sauce
• 3 teaspoon sambal oelek red chili paste
• 0.25 cup Sugar
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
• 2 tablespoon peanut oil
• 2 red bell peppers julienned
• 2 inch green onion cut the white part into 1/2 pieces, julienne the green parts
• 0.25 cup roasted peanuts or cashews
