STEP 1.1. Take a bowl and add a cup of curd and two cups of water and whisk the curd properly. make sure its flowy in consistently.
STEP 2.Now add part by part gram flour, and keep stirring. Whisk nicely. Make sure there are no lumps.
STEP 3.2. Now add salt to taste, turmeric powder, green chillies, add water as required, the paste is ready.
STEP 4.1. Take a pan and add the mixture in the pan, and keep stirring to cook. Cook till it becomes thick in consistency.
STEP 5.2. Take a plate and spread the mixture on the plate and let it set and then cut into pieces as desired.
STEP 6.3. Roll the khandvi
STEP 7.S into a roll and keep aside. Make as many as you want.
STEP 8.For tempering -
STEP 9.Take some oil in a pan, let it heat and then add mustard seeds , sesame seeds and curry leaves. Take off the flame and mix well now pour this temper on the khandvi
