Ingredients For Kale and Sausage Soup with Cannellini Beans Recipe

• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 Large onion, chopped
• 7 Large segments of garlic, crushed or finely chopped
• 0.5 pound Italian sausage
• 5 cup Chicken broth or stock
• 2 cup Water
• 15 ounce 4 cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (i blend up one and add it at the end to thicken the soup
• 0.25 teaspoon Basil
• dash Dash of red pepper flakes
• 2 tablespoon Italian salad dressing
• 2 cup Roughly chopped kale
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
