Directions : Jaju Recipe

STEP 1.Let’s start by slitting the green chili and then chop the green chili.

STEP 2.Crush the garlic cloves.

STEP 3.Chop the onions(half).

STEP 4.Cut the tomato into small pieces.

STEP 5.And at the end chop the spinach.

STEP 6.The smaller the pieces of vegetables the better it will taste.

STEP 7.Take a non-stick kadai, start pouring 4-5tbsp oil in the pan.

STEP 8.Add the chopped onions, then garlic, and saute them well.

STEP 9.Then add the chopped tomato and wait for it to soften.

STEP 10.Add the chopped green chilies and mix all the ingredients well, let the aroma infuse.

STEP 11.Add half a cup water, stir it well with the veggies, and cover it with a lid.

STEP 12.Let it boil for 2-3 mins.

STEP 13.Now add the milk into it and stir it well.

STEP 14.Add salt to taste and let it boil for another 2-3 mins. Meanwhile, keep stirring.

STEP 15.Lastly, add the chopped spinach give it a good mix.

STEP 16.Cover it again and cook it for another 5 mins.

STEP 17.Once it is boiled, remove the lid and mix them well.

STEP 18.Check the salt in the soup, if less you can add more.

STEP 19.Pour it into a bowl and have it warm for best taste.
