  • As required For Sicaam Paa
  • As required Spinach
  • As required Onion
  • 5-6 green chili
  • As required Garlic
  • As required Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • STEP 1.Let’s start by slitting the green chili and then chop the green chili.

  • STEP 2.Crush the garlic cloves.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Chop the onions(half).

  • STEP 4.Cut the tomato into small pieces.

  • STEP 5.And at the end chop the spinach.

  • STEP 6.The smaller the pieces of vegetables the better it will taste.

  • STEP 7.Take a non-stick kadai, start pouring 4-5tbsp oil in the pan.

  • STEP 8.Add the chopped onions, then garlic, and saute them well.

  • STEP 9.Then add the chopped tomato and wait for it to soften.

  • STEP 10.Add the chopped green chilies and mix all the ingredients well, let the aroma infuse.

  • STEP 11.Add half a cup water, stir it well with the veggies, and cover it with a lid.

  • STEP 12.Let it boil for 2-3 mins.

  • STEP 13.Now add the milk into it and stir it well.

  • STEP 14.Add salt to taste and let it boil for another 2-3 mins. Meanwhile, keep stirring.

  • STEP 15.Lastly, add the chopped spinach give it a good mix.

  • STEP 16.Cover it again and cook it for another 5 mins.

  • STEP 17.Once it is boiled, remove the lid and mix them well.

  • STEP 18.Check the salt in the soup, if less you can add more.

  • STEP 19.Pour it into a bowl and have it warm for best taste.
