Directions : Italian Wraps Recipe

STEP 1.Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the thin sliced onions and cook them for a few seconds.

STEP 2.Add the garlic paste along with coloured bell peppers and saute them nicely.

STEP 3.Add the carrots, boiled yellow corn and deseeded tomatoes and saute the vegetables for a couple of minutes.

STEP 4.Add the coarsely mashed potatoes to the above ingredients and saute.

STEP 5.Add crushed black pepper, italian pizza seasoning, chilli flakes and ketchup to the above ingredients.

STEP 6.Take the vegetables off the flame and let them cool down completely in a bowl.

STEP 7.After the vegetables cool down, add salt to taste and mix it well.

STEP 8.Slightly brush both sides of the tortilla and heat them in a warm pan. Cook them until you see light brown spots on the tortillas.

STEP 9.Take the tortilla off the heat and apply a thin layer of mayonnaise. Place the lettuce leaf, add filling over it and top with some grated cheese.
