Ingredients for Italian Wraps Recipe

  • 1 Potato small
  • 1/2 cup Corn
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 Carrot
  • As required lettuce leaves
  • As required Mayonnaise
  • As required Tortillas
  • 1/2 yellow capsicum
  • 1/2 green capsicum
  • As required grated cheddar
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • As required Salt and Pepper
  • 3 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning
  • 1 flakes red chilli tsp

Directions: Italian Wraps Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the thin sliced onions and cook them for a few seconds.
  • STEP 2.Add the garlic paste along with coloured bell peppers and saute them nicely.
  • STEP 3.Add the carrots, boiled yellow corn and deseeded tomatoes and saute the vegetables for a couple of minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add the coarsely mashed potatoes to the above ingredients and saute.
  • STEP 5.Add crushed black pepper, italian pizza seasoning, chilli flakes and ketchup to the above ingredients.
  • STEP 6.Take the vegetables off the flame and let them cool down completely in a bowl.
  • STEP 7.After the vegetables cool down, add salt to taste and mix it well.
  • STEP 8.Slightly brush both sides of the tortilla and heat them in a warm pan. Cook them until you see light brown spots on the tortillas.
  • STEP 9.Take the tortilla off the heat and apply a thin layer of mayonnaise. Place the lettuce leaf, add filling over it and top with some grated cheese.
