Homemade meatballs are easy when you start with lgcm italian sausage We have 3 varieties for you to choose from-hot or mild made with beef and pork that come in 1/4 lb. Links or bulk, which is an all pork product that is just a plain ground sausage. This recipe uses our bulk italian sausage for convenience, but you can substitute a linked sausage, just cut the meat out from the casing. Serve these meatballs with your favorite pasta sauce and enjoy
