• 1 teaspoon Kasoor methi
• 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 3 tablespoon Oil
• 0.5 Onion Coarsely Chopped
• 2 Green chilies seeded and diced
• 1 tablespoon Cilantro stems minced

• 2 tablespoon Tomato paste with enough water to dilute to the consistency of pasatta
