  • 1 Green chilies seeded and diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cilantro stems minced

  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste with enough water to dilute to the consistency of pasatta

  • 5-6 ounce Pre-cooked chicken or lamb
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tamarind sauce -i use maggi brand
