• 1 tablespoon Olive oil

• 2 Medium zucchini thinly sliced
• 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts diced

• 0.5 teaspoon Cumin
• As required Salt to taste
• As required Ground cayenne pepper to taste
• 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
• 1 can Green chilies drained
• 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese monterey jack or swiss would work too
