• 2 tablespoon Coconut aminos
• 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
• 1 teaspoon Freshly grated lime zest
• 2 tablespoon Lime juice
• 1 tablespoon Coconut sugar optional
• 1.5 pound Boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
• 2 part Heads baby bok choy leafy green only thinly sliced
• 8 ounce Rice noodles
• Thai basil leaves for serving
• Cilantro leaves and tender stems for serving
• 2 Scallions thinly sliced
