• 70 gram Greek style yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil, plus extra, to drizzle
• 1 tablespoon 1 lemon, rind finely grated, juiced
• 2 teaspoon Honey
• Lemon and herb dukkah, to serve
• 200 gram Packet haloumi, cut into 2cm cubes
• 3 Zucchini, peeled into ribbons
• 1 tablespoon Finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
• pinch Dried chilli flakes
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
