Chilean christmas dinner generally consists of turkey stuffed with duchess, but this year ive decided to create a dish thats worthy of being served with the turkey. These potatoes in white sauce are the perfect solution. Its incredible how soft and creamy they are and the touch of nutmeg compliments the spices of the turkey wonderfully this dish is definitely here to stay as part of my christmas dinner menu
