Gond Ke laddu is a popular sweet made in Rajasthan during winters. Gond ke laddu are healthy, heavy and filling as they are packed with gum, whole wheat flour, ghee and dry fruits.
STEP 1.Take 1 dedicated dry coconut and dry roast it for 2-3 minutes at medium flame.

STEP 1.Take thee roasted coconut out on a plate and let it cool.

STEP 1.Take ⅓ cup of clarified butter in the pan and add cashews, almonds and walnuts to it.

STEP 1.Roast the nuts at medium flame until they turn crisp.

STEP 1.Take the nuts out and let them cool. Grind them in a mixer.

STEP 1.Take ⅓ cup of clarified butter in a pan and add edible gum to it. Fry it till they turn crisp.

STEP 1.Grind the gum and make a coarse mixture.

STEP 1.Take ⅓ cup ghee and add wheat flour to it. Cook it till the wheat turns brown

STEP 1.Put all the ingredients in a bowl and add cardamom powder, fry ginger powder and powdered sugar in it.

STEP 1.Mix it well and form small round balls and garnish with dry fruits.
