  • 2 cup Dessicated coconut
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup Edible gum
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Powder Sugar
  • As required Pistachios  A few

How to Make Gond Ke Laddu Recipe

STEP 01

Take a khopra or a dessicated coconut and add it in a pan, roast it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

STEP 02

Take the same pan with some ghee and add a cup of almonds, cashews and walnuts. Give them a good roast. Transfer the roasted nuts in a clean bowl.

STEP 03

Now blend the roasted nuts nicely.

STEP 04

Now take half a cup of gond/ edible gum.  take a pan put some ghee in it and slowly fry the gond. Make it crispy.  transfer it in a bowl.

STEP 05

Now blend the gond too.

STEP 06

Take a pan again,  put some ghee and now add some wheat flour and cook slowly. Roast well . Now transfer it in a bowl.

STEP 07

Add the nuts powder in the bowl,  add the dried ginger powder,  cardamom powder and mix.

STEP 08

Add a cup of sugar powder. Mix it using your hands.

STEP 09

Use a ice cream spoon to shape the laddu and maintain the same quantity. Garnish with pistachios.
