Directions : Goja Recipe

step 1

STEP 1.Add grated coconut and ginger in a bowl and add vanilla essence, food colouring, sugar and raisins to it. Combine it well.

step 2

STEP 1.In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, yeast and margarine. mix them together and gradually add water to make a soft dough.

step 3

STEP 1.Take small dough balls and flatten them with your hands into small discs. Place the filling in the center and seal the goja from the corners.

step 4

STEP 1.Heat some oil in a pan and fry goja's until until they turn golden brown from all sides. The recipe is ready.
