#FOH Gajar 🥕 Ka Halwa or Carrot🥕 Halwa is a traditional Indian sweet or dessert made with fresh red carrots,🥕 milk🥛 khoya and sugar.
STEP 1.#Myfavouriterecioe
#Foh Firstly grate the carrots🥕
STEP 2.Now Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan and roast elaichi till it changes color and leaves aroma..
STEP 3.Put the grated carrot and let it cook on low flame keep stirring in between to avoid sticking to the base..
STEP 4.Let the carrot 🥕water dry completely and the carrot quantity becomes half or less then half.
STEP 5.See that the carrots are tender and cooked well.
STEP 6.Now add milk 🥛and khoya keep stirring..
STEP 7.Add milk in little by little in 4_5 shift.
STEP 8.let it dry there should be no moist .
STEP 9.And the khoya is completely mixed with the carrots
STEP 10.There are no lumps of khoya
STEP 11.Cook till it starts leaving sides and ghee seperates.
STEP 12.Now add the sugar and kishmish cook till sugar dissolves completely and has no moist... starts leaving sides ghee seperates.
STEP 13.Remove in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped dry fruits & seeds. Serve hot.
