• 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
• 1 Medium sweet red pepper, julienned
• 1 Medium green pepper, julienned
• 8 Flour Tortillas
• Sour cream, salsa and shredded cheddar cheese, optional
