STEP 1.In a large pot heat 2 tbsp oil

STEP 2.Add fideo pasta and toast the pasta for 2 mins

STEP 3.Set aside

STEP 4.In a pot heat oil

STEP 5.Add the ground beef and salt,pepper

STEP 6.Cook for 5mins

STEP 7.Add onions and garlic , jalapeno

STEP 8.Cook for another 5mins

STEP 9.Add oregano,tomato sauce and beef bouillon

STEP 10.Cook for 10mins

STEP 11.Add the fideo pasta and cover cook for 10mins

STEP 12.Serve
