• STEP 1.In a pan with some sesame oil, cook spinach until dark green. Add salt to season.

• STEP 1. In a bowl add potato starch and water. Mix well. Add 3 eggs and mix.

• STEP 1. Add in chopped green onions and salt. Mix well. In a greased non stick add egg mixture and spread.
