Directions : Drumstick Spinach Recipe

STEP 1.Start with segregating the leaves from the stems.

STEP 2.Wash the sheets.

STEP 3.In a bowl add ½ wheat flour and add water make a slurpy.

STEP 4.Roughly chopped ginger

STEP 5.Start with heating 1-2 cups of water in a kadai.

STEP 6.Then add the drumstick spinach and add salt to taste and give it a good mix.

STEP 7.Cover it for at least 10 mins or till it cooks.

STEP 8.After 10 mins you will the water evaporate.

STEP 9.Pour them in a sieve and drain the water.

STEP 10.Now take another kadai or the same and pour 7-8tbsp oil.
