How to Make Drumstick Spinach Recipe

STEP 01

Start with segregating the leaves from the stems.

STEP 02

Wash the sheets.

STEP 03

In a bowl add ½ wheat flour and add water make a slurpy.

Roughly chopped ginger

Start with heating 1-2 cups of water in a kadai.

STEP 06

Then add the drumstick spinach and add salt to taste and give it a good mix.

STEP 07

Cover it for at least 10 mins or till it cooks.

STEP 08

After 10 mins you will the water evaporate.

STEP 09

Pour them in a sieve and drain the water.

STEP 10

Now take another kadai or the same and pour 7-8tbsp oil.
