• 250 gram All purpose flour
• 150 gram butter, chilled and cut into small cubes I use Amul, its salted so I don't add any salt
• 1 tablespoon icing sugar
• 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
• 3 tablespoon iced water
• Dark chocolate ganache
• 200 gram Dark chocolate
• 100 gram cream I used Amul
• Caramel Sauce
• 1 cup Sugar
• 6 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces I used Amul, its salted so I don't add any salt
• 0.5 cup cream, at room temperature
