Daikon Radish Salad Recipe

Recipe By Masala Herb

The daikon radish salad is a very healthy recipe as the root is enjoyed raw without damaging the nutritious values. It's also super easy to prepare the daikon salad from scratch. Just scrape the juicy roots into smaller pieces and marinated. Done makes a great salad to be served in small portions with other main course meals. Such as european sauerkraut based dishes or a simple steak or with a veg dish such as stuffed cabbage rolls. I also enjoy some of the salad with winter dishes such as various soups, especially with any soy-based asian broths and soups.
