• 2 Green chilies
• 7 Curry leaves
• 0.25 cup Th coriander leaves
• 1 tablespoon Seedless tamarind or tamarind pulp
• 1 tablespoon Grated ginger or ginger paste
• Water as consistency required
• As required Salt as per taste
• 1 tablespoon Oil
• 1 Dry red chilies
• 5 Curry leaves
• 1 teaspoon Mustard Seed
• pinch A pinch of asofoetida
