• 40 gram Plain flour
• 2 Eggs, Lightly Whisked
• Vegetable oil, to shallow fry
• 24 Green prawns, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined
• 24 Small english spinach leaves
• 2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
• 0.5 Small red onion, finely chopped
• 2 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
• 1 Long fresh red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
• 80 gram Brown sugar
• 125 milliliter Water
• 2 tablespoon Tamarind puree
