Directions : Chocolate mousse Recipe

STEP 1.Melt the chocolate in a double boiler while adding butter and salt.

STEP 2.Remove from heat and let it cool. Add egg whites.

STEP 3.In a separate pan add cream, sugar and vanilla essence and whip it well. Whisk egg yolks.

STEP 4.Mix in the chocolate mix and refrigerate for two hours.

STEP 5.Dust chocolate powder on top and serve.
