Ingredients For Chinese Style Garlic Butter Scallops & Asparagus Recipe
270 gram Scallops
200 gram Asparagus
2 Garlic finely chopped cloves
300 gram Butter
0.5 teaspoon Blacp peppercorn coarsely ground
As required Salt
Directions : Chinese Style Garlic Butter Scallops & Asparagus Recipe
STEP 1.1 in a frying pan melt 100 gm butter.
STEP 2.2 place 270 gm scallops to one side in the pan and place 200 gm asparagus on the other side in the pan.
STEP 3.3 fry for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Keep turning the scallops and asparagus.
STEP 4.4 when cooked remove scallops and asparagus from the pan and arrange in a serving dish.
STEP 5.5 to the same pan add 2 cloves finely chopped garlic and ½ tsp coarsely ground blackpeppercorn and stir fry for a few seconds.
STEP 6.6 add 200 gm butter and ¼ tsp salt. Stir till the butter has melted.
STEP 7.7 pour over the asparagus and scallops. Serve hot.
