• 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, or balsamic vinegar
• Salt and pepper
• 3 tablespoon Butter

• 2.5 cup 600 ml milk
• 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard powder
• 1.5 cup 150 g grated cheese
• Choose your favourite cheese. i used cheddar
