STEP 1.Make ginger and garlic paste
marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste and turmeric
Cut onion into small pieces
Heat mustard oil on a pan
Put cut onions
When onion turn into light red put Ginger and garlic paste
Stir it for sometime when oil starting to release put cut tomato into it
Add cumin powder dhaniya dhaniya powder and meet masala
Put marinate chicken into the masala
Cook for half an hour
Add water into it
Make a thick layer of masala
Chicken is ready to serve
Put some coriander leaf for garnish
