Ingredients for Dhaba style karai chicken Recipe

  • 175 g rams fresh chicken
  • As Required large onion
  • As Required large tomato
  • 1/4 Tbsp ginger
  • 1/2 Tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1/4 Tsp kashmiri mirchi powder
  • 0.13 Cup curd
  • 0.13 Cup fresh cream
  • 0.13 Cup Mustered oil
  • 0.13 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 g reen chili
  • As Required red chili
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic

Directions: Dhaba Style Karai Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Dhaba Style Kadhai Chicken
  • STEP 2.Step 1: Mildly fry the dry ingredients and crush them
  • STEP 3.Step 2: Stir fry chopped onions in the frying pan and then add the chicken into it. Once the chicken turns into an off-white shade, its time add salt, turmeric, chili powder and the dry ingredients into it. Additionally, add some water and water to it and cook it for sometime by covering it with a lid.
  • STEP 4.Step 3: Remove the lid after a while and add some curd and kasuri methi. Stir them together to enhance the cooking procedure and put the lid back on again till the chicken is fully cooked. Once the chicken has been fully cooked, add some fresh cream into it, give it a good stir and turn of the oven. Leave it for a while and then serve it.
