  • 187.50 gm Chicken
  • 187.50 gm Onion
  • 12.50 As Required arlic
  • As Required inger
  • A Pinch kesar
  • 1/4 Tbsp Chewda water
  • 1/4 Tbsp Rose water
  • 1/4 Tbsp Dhania powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Biriyani Masala
  • 1/4 Tbsp aram masala
  • 1/2 Tbsp Kashmiri lal mirch
  • 1/4 Tbsp Thikhi lal mirch
  • 1 g reen chilly
  • As Required Mustard oil
  • As Required Basmati rice
  • A Bunch Coriander leaves
  • A Bunch Pudina leaves
  • 2.50 g Black paper
  • 1 Pieces Badi Ilaichi
  • As Required Curd
  • As Required Cucumber
  • As Required Tomato
  • As Required Carrot
  • As Required Onion
  • As Required Coriander leaf
  • As Required reen chilly
  • As Required Home made cumin powder

Directions: Chicken Dam Biryani With Chicken Curry And Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fry onions till they become red
  • STEP 2.Make half boiled basmati rice remember to put black pepper badi ilaichi and salt in the warm water before putting washed rice
  • STEP 3.Keep aside the rice
  • STEP 4.Marinate chicken with fried onion ginger garlic paste garam masala biryani masala Kashmiri lal mirch red chilly powder coriander leaves pudina leaves
  • STEP 5.Leave it for half an hour
  • STEP 6.Put a handi on gas put oil when oil becomes hot put cut onions into it fry it till it become red put some ginger garlic paste stir it for sometime then put the marinate chicken after chicken is ready transfer it to another pot
  • STEP 7.Then in the same handi make layer of cooked rice and chicken with kesar milk water chewda water rose water fried onion coriander leaves pudina leaves close the handi with wheat flour atta cook it for 15_20 min.your chicken biryani is ready
  • STEP 8.For raita cut tomato onion carrot cucumber coriander leaves green chilli into very small pieces.mix it with curd in a bowl add home made cumin powder black salt and a little water
