STEP 1.Take boneless chicken wash properly and boil till 2 whistles in pressure cooker
STEP 2.Then grind the boiled chicken into a fine paste.
STEP 3.In a bowl add chicken paste, salt, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, kebab masala, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, grated cheese, roasted bengal gram and chopped coriander leaves.
STEP 4.Mix them properly and shape them into kebab.
STEP 5.Dry roast the noodles in a pan for 1-2 minutes and then crush them.
STEP 6.Then coat the kebabs with roasted crushed noodles, After that brush the kebabs with egg white.
STEP 7.Take oil in pan, shallow fry the kebabs
STEP 8.Serve with sauce or chutney of your choice.
