• 2 Chicken Breasts
• 5 ounce Fresh spinach
• 0.5 Medium head of broccoli
• 1 Small Onion
• 1 Large egg
• 1 tablespoon Sour cream or mayo
• 0.25 cup Plain bread crumbs we used panko
• As required Salt And Pepper To Taste
• 1 cup Italian bread crumbs to coat finished patties
