Directions : Casabe Recipe

STEP 1.1 - grate the cassava and place it in a clean cotton cloth.

STEP 2.2 - squeeze it until you extract most of the liquid in it.

STEP 3.3 - spread the squeezed cassava on a baking tray and refrigerate it for 4 hours.

STEP 4.1 - heat a pan and add cassava to it.

STEP 5.2 - cook it for two minutes and make sure its evenly golden brown from all the sides.

STEP 6.3 - you can add parmesan cheese, garlic or salt according to your taste preference.
