A north indian dessert made seasonally mainly in winter., as the fresh carrots in winter are lovely red in colour and juicy. These grated and cooked till dry in pure milk. Sugar and ghee are added to give the texture .dry fruit especially raisins added while roasting in ghee along with cardomom.
