Bread Pakora is a popular street food. An easy and simple savoury snack easily available with Delhi's chaiwala. It is an absolutely delicious monsoon snack too😋
STEP 1.👉 Add Gram flour in a mixing bowl. Make a batter of flowing consistency by adding water slowly. Add all dry masale and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
STEP 2.👉Cut bread slices in triangles
STEP 3.👉Coat bread slices in gram flour batter.
STEP 4.👉Heat oil in a wok. Add coated bread slices in heated oil and make pakoras. Likewise make all the pakoras.
STEP 5.👉Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
