Ingredients for Bread Pakora Recipe

  • 1/4 cups Gram flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.06 tsp Turmeric powder
  • as required water
  • 2 Pieces Slices of bread
  • 0.06 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.06 tsp Coriander seeds powder
  • 0.06 tsp Cumin seeds powder
  • 0.06 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/4 Tbsp kasuri methi
  • 0.13 Tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 0.03 tsp Asafoetida
  • As Required Cooking oil for deep frying
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mint chutney
  • 1/2 Tbsp Tomato ketchup

Directions: Bread Pakora Recipe

  • STEP 1.👉 Add Gram flour in a mixing bowl. Make a batter of flowing consistency by adding water slowly. Add all dry masale and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.👉Cut bread slices in triangles
  • STEP 3.👉Coat bread slices in gram flour batter.
  • STEP 4.👉Heat oil in a wok. Add coated bread slices in heated oil and make pakoras. Likewise make all the pakoras.
  • STEP 5.👉Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
