• 1 Medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
• 2 cup Broccoli florets
• 1 Large sweet pepper, diced into 1 in cubes or strips
• 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
• 3 Cloves garlic, minced
• 0.5 cup Soy sauce
• 2 tablespoon White vinegar
• 0.25 cup Water
• 0.5 cup Light brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon Grated fresh ginger
• 1 tablespoon Cornstarch, mixed with 1 tablespoon water
• 8 ounce Spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package instructions and kept warm
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• 0.25 cup Sliced green onions
