STEP 1.Peel off the bananas, and shredded coconut.
STEP 2.In a saucepan add all the bananas then like a topping adds the shredded coconut on top of it.
STEP 3.Add the sugar and sprinkle it all the way. Then sprinkle the pinch of salt.
STEP 4.Now add ½ cup coconut cream and ¾ cup water.
STEP 5.Cover the lid and put it at low flame.
STEP 6.Let it cook until the water evaporates and the coconut milk starts boiling.
STEP 7.Turn off the flame and serve it on a plate. Top it with more shredded coconut.
