  • 6 Ripened bananas
  • As required Coconut cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • As required Shredded coconut

  • STEP 1.Peel off the bananas, and shredded coconut.

  • STEP 2.In a saucepan add all the bananas then like a topping adds the shredded coconut on top of it.

  • STEP 3.Add the sugar and sprinkle it all the way. Then sprinkle the pinch of salt.

  • STEP 4.Now add ½ cup coconut cream and ¾ cup water.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Cover the lid and put it at low flame.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Let it cook until the water evaporates and the coconut milk starts boiling.

step 7

  • STEP 7.Turn off the flame and serve it on a plate. Top it with more shredded coconut.
